Mr. Vo Khac Thien – Managing Director
Thien is one of the key founders of Promind. He has more than   14  years in research field, among which he was project manager   in charge of big projects for Mercedes Benz Vietnam, Saigon   Postel, Hitachi, F&N, Abbott, Effem, GFK, etc. He has been   appreciated by Clients as an experienced senior consultant   who has made valuable contributions to their business.
Thien has become a member of ESOMAR since 2014

Mr. Vu Quoc Thai – Executive Director
Mr. Thai is one of the shareholder of Promind, and C.E.O of VietRees.  He has also lectured and shared experience at Spectra Singapore, VietnamMarcom and MaIT. He has 12 years in market research, business development and company management. He has been recognized as having extensive understanding on Vietnam consumers’ insights that help to provide good consulting and advice to clients. With wide knowledge about the Vietnamese market, Thai contributes to the analysis with insightful inputs and applicable recommendations.
Ms. Thao Cao – Business Development Director
mscaothao Thao holds a Master degree in Business Administration from UBI Vietnam (United Business Institutes, Belgium). She has had approximately 10 years of experience in marketing research at both agency and client sides.Prior to joining ProMind as a Research Consultant then Business Development Director, Thao worked for Cimigo, Unilever Vietnam, JTI Vietnam, and Danone Vietnam. Therefore, Thao is master of kinds of research from trackings (Retail Audit, Consumer Panel, Brand Health Tracking) to adhocs (qualitative, quantitative), which forms her strength to see the big picture at different angles.Thanks to her wealth of profound research knowledge and extensive business experience, Thao has had the opportunities to provide actionable consultations to business success.
Mr. Dang Hieu Nam -Research Director
His experience spans from market research to marketing communications.Prior to joining Promind, Nam was Strategic Planning Manager at Dentsu Vietnam, a reputable advertising agency, where he supported his clients from the very first step of developing brand strategy to communication strategy and execution.Preceding this, he worked in market research industry with Cimigo.He was mainly responsible for FMCG accounts such as SABECO, BAT and Unilever, experiencing different quantitative methodologies and designs ranging from product test, U&A, brand health tracking, customer satisfaction to market segmentation.Besides, during his time with Cimigo and specially at Dentsu where he had to provide implications from consumer insights into brand communications through qualitative research, he gained his moderation experience through methodologies including IDI, FGD, IHV and Ethnography for categories such as alcoholic beverages, taste enhancing products.
Ms. Luu Thi Dinh – Research Manager
Dinh has a Master degree in Marketing & Business Development from Skema Business School in France and MBA degree from CFVG Vietnam (EFMD-EPAS Accredited) which equip her with good background of business management as well as marketing communication.Working in Dentsu Vietnam as Strategic Planning Manager, she is in charge of key accounts including Kirin Vietnam, Kao, Wacoal, Sanyo, Toyota, Ashley.Before joining Dentsu Vietnam, she has worked 4 years as a marketing researcher for Cimigo to serve big clients such as Unilever, Dutch Lady, British America Tobacco, Nestle…,having lots of experience exploring & understanding customer’s insights to  address client’s marketing issues.Confidence, Self motivation and Dedication are her strong points highly appreciated by her boss, colleagues and clients beside great thinking and sensitivity as a must of a good strategic planner.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Binh – Qualitative Consultant, Senior Moderator
Mr. Binh has profound knowledge and extensive experience in qualitative research gained during his 11 years working in these areas in Nielsen, TNS and other agencies executing and overseeing multiple projects.Binh possesses wealth of experience in range of industries with emphasis on tobacco, brewery, confectionary, hair care, and detergent. Other areas of expertise include pharmaceutical, mobile telecommunication, lube oil, motorbike, food, lifestyle etc.Binh also has three years experience working in advertising Agency  where he learns how to use marketing research and consumer insights in brand building and communication. In addition, Binh also gained experiences from regional projects which he conducted in Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia….Extensive understanding on consumers’ insight as well as market development is his strength. Binh is working closely with Heineken team in Vietnam (VBL)  recently for several projects.
Ms. Lam Dai – FW Manager
dailamms Dai has more than 10 years in research field across a variety of project types from ad hoc qualitatively and quantitatively to tracking.Prior to joining ProMind, she had about 6 years at Cimigo Vietnam and another couple of years at other well-known research agencies.
Ms. Phuong Vo – FW Manager
